Black Leadership Forum

The Black Leadership Forum was established by a cooperative group of Black leaders who saw the need for community dialogue and focus around the issues of education, business, and cooperation.

After assembling approximately 100 citizens representing a variety of organizations, the group focused on purpose and objectives which could best serve the total Black population of Colorado Springs. With the support of the El Pomar Foundation and the Center for Creative Leadership, the Black Leadership Forum has evolved into a strong group of citizen leaders working in committees toward clear community definition and direction.
